The Cor Vitae Society is a community of like-minded individuals who are committed to making an impact in the lives of others through their support of the American Heart Association. The Society recognizes individuals for their annual and lifetime giving and serves as a platform to inspire others to join the fight to build healthier lives free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
